Big Rooster Firearms will be conducting classroom training and range qualification at the Sparta Rod & Gun Club facility from 11 AM until 5 PM. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to apply for the Wisconsin Concealed Carry License. Additional documentation will be provided that will allow participants to apply for the Minnesota Permit to Carry a Pistol.
